Sessions are conducted by telephone or Cell phone once a week

I pay for all domestic phone calls in the United States.  International calls are different low rates

Phone coaching is especially good for individuals with significant guilt issues, addictions, financial issues and phobias or simply prefer to have a level of privacy to really face up to their problems and allow themselves the ability to be completely honest without embarrassment. (you can remain completely anonymous if you prefer).
